Active Motif Methylated DNA Standard Kit
Active Motif's Methylated DNA Standard Kit includes three recombinant DNA standards derived from the APC gene promoter: unmethylated DNA, 5-methylcytosine methylated DNA and 5-hydroxymethylcytosine methylated DNA. This kit (which also includes PCR primers specific to the APC promoter) can be used as part of experiments utilizing our antibodies specific to the different types of DNA methylation.

How would you construct the ideal reverse transcriptase? It would have to make very long cDNAs at high yields. It would have to be able to work from very small amounts of input RNA. And of course, it would have to work fast. FastGene Scriptase II checks all three boxes, and it does it at a reasonable price. Here’s how. First, mutations are inserted into the RNase H domain of native MuLV‘s reverse transcriptase delivering a higher yield of full-length cDNAs.
